The above is the view out my front door after the storm...where is that darn boat when you need it????Before the hurricane Milo and Barley took time to discuss what the heck was going on. Who is this Ike guy? Why are they taking everying out of our back yard? People are crazy.....We may be crazy but we are safe and we have power and water. There are still a number of people without power and water, I feel so bad for them. As for Galveston, it's a mess! There are many homes distroyed but they plan to rebuild the island. We have many memories of that island and hope to visit again soon.
